हालै लद्दाख नजिकको विवादित क्षेत्रमा चिनियाँ र भारतीय सेनाबीच विवाद हुँदा २० भारतीय सेना चिनियाँ सेनाको आक्रमणमा मारिएका छन्।
सीमा विवाद उत्कर्षमा पुगेका बेला रक्षामन्त्री राजनाथ सिंहले ट्वीट गर्दै सीमा क्षेत्रमा भारतीय सेनाले बहादुरी देखाएको र उनीहरुको बलिदान देशले कहिल्यै नबिर्सिने बताएका छन्।

‘देशले उनीहरुको बहादुरी र बलिदान कहिल्यै भुल्नेछैन। यो कठिन घडीमा राष्ट्र सेनाका परिवारसँग काँधमा काँध मिलाएर एकसाथ उभिएको छ।’ उनले ट्वीटमा भनेका छन्,‘गलवानमा सेना गुमाउनु पीडादायी र चिन्ताजनक विषय हो। हाम्रा सेनाले सिमानामा उदाहरणीय साहस र बहादुरी प्रस्तुत गरे र भारतीय सेनाको सर्वोच्च परम्परालाई कायम राख्दै आफ्नो जीवन बलिदान दिए।’
हालैको झडपमा भारतीय सञ्चारमाध्यमहरुले चिनियाँ सैनिक पनि मारिएको बताएका छन् तर चीन सरकारले आफ्ना सैनिक मारिएको बताएको छैन।
